Jason is an innovative leader. He gained extensive experience in commercial and light industrial construction with two prominent West Michigan companies. Jason combined all of the best qualities of those two companies and added extra flexibility and a culture that puts the client first to found DexKo Construction Services.

Jason has an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to build strong working relationships. He has taken DexKo LLC from a concept to a fully staffed commercial construction company with in-house estimating, management, warehousing, self-performing crews, and efficient administrative processes.

Jason and his team hope their next achievement is the successful completion of your project.

David is a GVSU Alumni with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. In addition to his construction experience, he has a wealth of knowledge from his history of public accounting, finance, and tax auditing.

David’s attention to detail and his leadership skills help our field and office teams work together with incredible synergy. Before his role as CFO, David served DexKo in the roles of Project Manager, Controller, Director of Operations, and Director of Finance.

Scott is our Safety Director as well as one of our Project Managers. He also plays a major role on our client relations team.

Scott's extensive construction experience includes framing, millwork, trim/finish carpentry, and design build. When Scott is involved with a project, you know you are in good hands.

As DexKo's Safety Director, he ensures OSHA/MIOSHA compliance on each of our jobsites. Safety for our employees and everyone onsite is priority on every project.

Taylor is the type of guy that gets things done. Over the past 15 years, Taylor has led successful projects to completion in many capacities from rough framing to finish carpentry. Whether you need a general contractor or a reliable construction consultant, you are in good hands with Taylor.

Taylor is originally from Arizona, but he has called West Michigan his home for the past 12 years. As Director of National Construction, he leads projects across the nation with an emphasis on providing client-based value.

Braden is a natural problem solver. He started his career in residential construction. After several years, Braden got licensed and started his own business. He did such great work that several large companies in the area hired him to manage their commercial building projects.

In early 2023, Braden joined the DexKo Construction Services team as a National Accounts Project Manager. His experiences working with corporate clients as an entrepreneur give him a well-rounded approach to accomplishing tasks while overcoming unexpected challenges.
